Can a Custom Shape be set for Spring Charts? For example GIF or PNG graphic?

What's about a much structured way to display the "spring chart"? A more hierachical way?

Here an example. The Agent should be on top or at the bottom (in this example the agent was accidentally at the bottom, how it should be). On the next level should be the amber triangle. Next level the circles and as last level the white triangle.
