Hello, Currently we are developing an application for a customer and I want to use pChart. This application is customized for our customer and of course is not going to be sold, well, not multiple times as it is not a product, as a matter of fact, it is going to be run only in one server inside their intranet. My understanding on the "Commercial Application" from the License page is when you have a product and want to bundle it with pChart to sell it, in that way makes sense to pay the Bulk License but for a single project for just one customer running in one sever, Single Web Server license makes more sense. It's just a bit confusing in the license page as the Commercial Application is forbidden from the Single Web Server license but the text reads you should get a commercial license. Please contact me as we want to move forward and I need to make a decision if we can use pChart. Also, if the commercial license text is available that would be great. Thank you in advance. |
