With pChart 1.27 it was possible to choose a .gif as a symbol for a series (example), will this be possible in 2.x? I've tried looking for it but I can't find anything about it in the documentation. |

Support for this is already present in the core functions, only the rendering ones need to be finalized. I'll add it to the todo of the next sub-release. Are you using this function on your charts? Kind regards, JD. |

Yes, I am using it. I have a chart which shows the current weather, it has both the measured outdoor temperature for the last 12 hours and the forcasted temperature for the coming 12 hours. I use the icons to show the forecasted weather. A nice feature would be to set an icon for each point, at the moment I have to create 24 series and set the icon to each of them (since I don't know which will be the same). But it's not critical since I already have the code to do it this way.

Excellent example! I've made 3/4 of the implementation yet and I'll add a possibility to provide a pictures data serie that can be positionned easilly. This will avoid you (and the other person that would like to do the same) to create 24 fake series ;o) Thank you very much for the idea! JD. |

This feature is now implemented for the drawPlotChart() and drawLegend() functions. (2.0.13) -> will work on the other topic now! JD.
